Q: What is your refund and return policy?
A: Good Green Books uses print on demand services for their products on this website. While this allows us to keep our business as sustainable and eco friendly as possible, this also means we cannot accept returns for wrong size, color, or simply if you have changed your mind.
However, if you have received an item that is defective in workmanship or craftsmanship, we are able to offer a refund or replacement within 30 days of product receipt by providing an emailed photo of the defect. Please email photos, order number, customer name and address to support@goodgreenbooks.com so we can address the issue as soon as possible.
